We're using FogBugz to track new development and bug reports for a web service project. I've set up several logical project areas for the project.
I'd like to allow Community Users (aka customers) to be able to create and track cases in the project, but I want to restrict those cases to specific, predefined project areas.
I'd prefer to completely hide the other project areas from community users. I'd even be OK with hiding all project areas from Community Users and just having their cases go into an initial "no area assigned" area, as long as internal users could then assign each case to the correct area.
Is this possible? If so, what's the best way to set this up?
