Is it possible for me to see what other developers are working on at this moment? I am the administrator of the account and there are several other developers. I still have to ask the other developers which case they are currently working on.

There are two plug in for this

FNN -> Gives a Report of Working On
Show Subscribers plugin

the only way I know of is via the API

... cmd=listIntervals&dtStart=2009-10-28&ixPerson=

given that's not an easy thing unless you already have a way to exercise the API, you'll have to establish a process using tags, or workflows or something that you can filter on in a Case list. then your problem will be getting everyone to follow the process
