Is there any way to save all attachments in an e-mail/case edit at once? Sometimes we receive batches of several files from customers, and it is a pain to have to save them individually. Especially since usually some are screen shots and some are data files, so in Fogbugz we get a mix of inline-displayed images and text links.

Do you imagine the attachments coming down one by one, or in a single zip? – Brett Kiefer Oct 12 2010 at 13:59

@NPVN we have two plugins soon to be available that sort of help out. One aggregates all attachments in the sidebar of the case, which makes downloading all of them much easier. The other displays embedded images inline instead of as typical attachments. – Rob Sobers Oct 12 2010 at 22:28

@RobSovers: That sounds useful! Where do I look for these plugins? – NPVN Oct 15 2010 at 7:53

It sounds like the case attachments plug-in is the thing for you. It won't let you download multiple attachments at one time, but at least you won't have to go searching through the case thread to find attachments on the case.
