An error occurred while sending mail. - Hide Notification 8/25/2010 1:32 PM (GMT+02:00): A message could not be sent from your mail queue. This is usually because your SMTP server is not set up for relaying. You can permanently delete this message and remove it from the queue by clicking here. If you cannot send any mail, try running through the FogBugz diagnostics at (your FogBugz install)/diagnostics.asp.

basically I have more than 700 of the above messages which I seem to have to delete 1 by 1 ... can I somehow delete them all - I dont want those emails to be send anymore, they are old.

Are you using FogBugz On Demand or do you have it installed on your own server?

If it is installed on your own server you can remove those rows directly from the MailQueue table. If you are using FogBugz On Demand, you can contact us via customer-service@fogcreek.com and ask that we remove them for you.

We would of course need to know exactly which old mail messages you would like to have deleted.
