When looking at a case that someone is working on, the message
"Currently working on this case: Mr. Cheese"
appears inside that case. Is there a better way to identify cases that are being worked on from the case list/grid itself?
Perhaps a stoplight motif? Light greenish row background for cases being worked on that have not exceeded the time estimate, yellowish for working on but no estimate, and redder background for cases being worked on that have exceeded the time estimate?
