Question

1

By default the "My Cases" is sorted by Project then Milestone then Priority. I can't find an option to sort by Bug/Feature/etc...

It sounds like you're looking to sort by the Category column. You can sort by this column by clicking the column header above the icons. Clicking a second time will invert the sort order of that column.

Just click on the column header for the column that contains the category icon.

Oops - just noticed the FB8 prefix for your question. Don't know if this will work for Version 8... Note that this change isn't permanent; you'll have to save it as a new filter if you want to to display it in a single step. – James McLeod♦ Oct 6 2010 at 17:48
