Question

I read a few questions where it seems like other users have the ability to change the size limit for attachments to cases. I'd love to make use of this option, but when I go to

Admin -> Site Configuration -> Advanced

as directed, I see no option for "Upload File Maximum Size" as instructed.

I do have Administrator privileges, is there some other reason why I do not have access to this option? We are currently limited to 10 MGs.

This option is only available to users with self-hosted FogBugz.

If you are using FogBugz On-Demand, the attachment size is limited to 10000K.
