I host several FogBugz websites on a single server, currently running version 7.
Can I upgrade each site individually safely to version 8?

Yes. When you run the installer it will ask you if you want to upgrade an existing installation and give you a list of what's installed. You can upgrade them each in sequence (or some not at all). At some point you will upgrade the running Maintenance Service (as there's only one service per server). Don't worry; the service gets all the clues for what it should be doing from the registry for each individual installation, so compatibility is not a worry. |
