Hi,

I have a user that is putting his 2 cents worth into almost every ticket, even if he has no knowledge of the issue at hand and/or it's completely out of his area.

Is there a way I can limit a user to only have read/write to tickets assigned to them, and read only/none access to all other tickets in the group?

You can restrict the user to only viewing their project, but it sounds like all these cases are part of the same project?

This is really a social issue. Even if FogBugz prevented them from commenting, it wouldn't prevent an obnoxious user from emailing their input, or dropping by your cube, or whatever.

I can imagine playing games with a plugin that automatically moves bugs in and out of the special naughty user project based on assignee, but I don't think technical measures are the right solution. You need a more holistic solution... :)

I wish I could. Holistic and policies haven't helped with this guy.
