Is there anyway in FogBugz On Demand to customize the Case Category options from the current list of 'Bug, Feature, Inquiry, & Schedule Item'?

If you are using Fogbugz 7 ( I believe All OnDemand are now FB7) you can do it. you have to go to Admin, Workflow and then Customize Categories. There you can create a new one.

That's it. Thanks. For the record, if anybody else needs this, you need to have the workflow plugin installed for this to work. (that's what I was lacking btw) – johnmacintyre Oct 25 2009 at 21:13
