FogBugZ is constantly asking me to login everytime I seem to do something. When I create a bug, and try to submit it I get the following error. I talking like if I just spend 2 minutes on a bug, I get this message. very short amount of time.

There was an error with your request. Please fix the problem described below and hit back to resubmit your request.

Your bug was NOT submitted. The most likely cause of this problem is that your logon session has timed out before you could submit the bug. Copy your bug data, log on again from the menu above, and resubmit your bug.

I am using FireFox 3.6.10 and I am remote from our FogBugZ server (6.1.x). (i.e. I work from home so the connections is across the internet).

I went back to using IE 8.0 and no timeout message are annoying relogin messages.

Some guys at the office use FireFox as well with no problem. Another guy that is remote uses Chrome and has similar issues but not as short a timeout that I am seeing.

Does anybody know how where or how to adjust this timeout. I could not find an option in my local browser. I would really like to continue using FireFox but ....

Thanks

Do you have multiple FogBugz installs? Such as yourhost/fogbugz and yourhost/fogbugz/fogbugz2? – Ben Kamens Sep 24 2010 at 19:39
Let us know if this still happens after Ted's suggestion of clearing cookies. – Ben Kamens Sep 24 2010 at 19:40

The most likely cause of this in FogBugz 6 was path issues with cookies. Clearing cookies usually helped.
