We often have the need to send emails in response to help desk queries, that are in the format of

do this... show image of doing that

then do this..... show image of doing that

etc. As Fogbugz does not allow us to send out HTML emails, does anyone have any thoughts on how to do this? Can we reply using Outlook and cc fogbugz to get it included in the ticket, or is there a better way to do this that does not involve using 2 applications.

My first suggestion would be to create a wiki page and email a link to it.

We don't allow external access to our systems, email is the only way a client will get a response. – Sam Cogan Sep 27 2010 at 15:19
Can you email them a doc or pdf? I guess the issue is whether the instructions are likely to be the same for more than one client. – Ted Sep 27 2010 at 15:56
