As a community user, when viewing the Case Statuses I can generally click on one of them and view the case.

Some cases, however, when I click on the link, I see the following message:

No case was found associated with the ticket: xxxxxxx

This would appear to be a Fogbugz problem. I have already installed the Community Case List plug in as an administrator, but that does not make the link work.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks.

What version of the Community Case List plugin are you using?

v1.0.0.10 (released on September 10th, 2010) added support for the new, longer ticket lengths used in FogBugz 7.3.5 and FogBugz 8.

If you're running the latest version of the plugin, but still seeing "No Case Found" you may have found a different bug.

Hmm...that does sound like a bug, but it's not clear if the problem lies in the plugin or with FogBugz itself. Can you contact as at customer-service@fogcreek.com with more details (an example of a case and its associated ticket that don't appear to be working, the version of FogBugz you're using, etc.)? – db Sep 28 2010 at 19:03
Weird... I tried it again today and they all seem to be working now. It appears that I am using Fogbugz 8.0 (It says "New! 8.0" up in the upper right-hand side of the window). I also re-booted today. I'm not sure what happened, but I will double-check with other users and see if they are "fixed" now also... Thanks. – Cheryl K Sep 29 2010 at 16:06
