the favicon image URL is exposed in the html of any page, you could try to replace / rewrite the image URL with a bugmonkey script - see bugmonkey plugin on fogbugz.com (and refer to an own icon file that you upload into a fogbugz wiki template for a wiki that is publicly accessible). |

The current answer is no. You can change the logo in the top left, but not the favicon. |
