I'm trying to print or export the information for each case. Particularly, I'm looking for the "first comment" (which is an option in the case list columns--title & first comment) but it only displays part of the comment, and what if there are other comments?

Is there no way to export or print the full case information for a group of cases?

Seems like an obvious feature of a case system...

Can you clarify what system you're importing to? Excel and Notepad don't tend to be great at rendering one-to-many relationships, which is what the case-to-comment relationships is. Can you point to another system that has this obvious feature? We'd love to steal their design. – Rich Armstrong♦ Sep 20 2010 at 20:10
