How could I use the "Working On" tab to filter out what all the Developers are working on?
Do I need to type something like: "Working On:" in my filter? or what's the correct syntax?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The best way to get a quick snapshot of what each user is currently "Working On" is to use the "FogBugz News Network" plugin. This plugin adds a "FNN - Work In Progress" link to the Extras menu in the top-right of the page. The report you will find there will give you the information you are looking for.
