I already installed two plugins that require FogBugz version 8, although we still run 7.x. I disabled them because (of course) they didn't work. But every now and them all admins still get a warning about the plugins.
Why?

The code that does the version check happens to be in the same code that loads the other plugin attributes, like name, version, website, and so on. If the warnings are bothering you, go ahead and delete the plugin instead of disabling it, that will prevent FogBugz from loading it at all. I'll try to find a better place or way to do the version check as well. Thanks for letting us know. |
