I tried entering the Community User's name in the "Name/Email" box, and then the email address in the box below where it mentions "In addition to the checked names above an email address of *domain is also accepted as a wildcard".

I tried entering the full email address of the Community User but it didn't seem to work after I click "OK".

How do I go about getting the Community User accepted to the group?

FogBugz 8's groups are lists of either normal or community users. When you edit a community user group, do you find that it is intuitive? – adambox♦ Nov 1 2010 at 15:35

Sorry, the dialog is a little unclear in FogBugz 7. The text box allows filtering the users in the list to a narrower set, but you have to check the box next to their name before clicking OK.

This has been reworked quite a bit in FogBugz 8 and is hopefully a lot more intuitive.
