I have a case, where the topmost (last) message contains some norwegian characters (æøå), and in the case view (ie. the webpage that shows the entire case), they show up as normal.

However, in the case list-view, where I have title+comment, it shows them as escaped html-characters, ie. å etc.

Thanks for reporting this! This bug was introduced in 8.0.14 and has been fixed for the next beta release.

 I also noticed that Scout submitted cases now look different as well, the text I posted through it was OK before, but is now riddled with escape-codes, is this the same issue, or do you want me to post an example? – Lasse V. Karlsen Sep 10 2010 at 12:45

 That sounds like the same issue. The next beta release should be coming out shortly (within the next few days), but if the problem persists, please report the scout submission issue! – db♦ Sep 10 2010 at 14:54
