Don't get me wrong, the FogBugz Knowledge Exchange has a ton of good information and is extremely useful, in addition to having all the benefits of voting, comments, etc. Not all information needs to take a Q & A form though and the more structured, ordered information provided in the "built-in" FogBugz help (Help->FogBugz Help) was also useful in its own way, especially for someone just spinning up on the product.

It looks like FogBugz 8 is going to do away with the built-in help and go completely with the Knowledge Exchange Q & A format. I think this is a bit unfortunate as more structured help can be useful too, especially for introductory material.

Are there any plans to include information other than what's on the FogBugz Knowledge Exchange?

Absolutely! We've compiled all our documentation from the FogBugz Knowledge Exchange and have it available for you in 3 formats:

  1. Static documentation in HTML format
    • Updated intermittently, and you can leave us feedback!
    • URL links on the bottom of each Fog Creek web page: alt text
  2. Static documentation in PDF format alt text

  3. Dynamic documentation in HTML format
    • Updated daily

"and you can leave us feedback": the FogBugz version has #inlineHTML (BugzScout!) hidden, is that ok? – Michel de Ruiter Sep 19 at 6:56
Yes, this is by design. – Quentin Schroeder Sep 19 at 16:54
@Quentin So... then how can we leave feedback? – Michel de Ruiter Oct 2 at 11:33
