I don't want public users to view all the internal changes on a Case, but rather just the public comments made on a Case. How do I go about doing that?

This is how community users actually work. We don't show internal comments to anyone but internal FogBugz users. Community users can only see email events to and from their email addresses.

Hi Rich, Thanks on your answer to my question. I'm not sure what you found confusing to my other questions. They were pretty much direct or straight, unless I may not have elaborated fully - partially because I'm learning more about FogBugz every day. – Mohsin Sep 8 2010 at 16:15
