I'm you seeing the error "Could not create an ADOX Catalog object," when installing FogBugz or upgrading my FogBugz database. What gives?

You need to make sure msadox.dll is registered on your server. You can either try to reinstall MDAC via the Microsoft download site (http://msdn.microsoft.com/data) or search for the file msadox.dll on your computer and run "regsvr32 msadox.dll" in the directory where you find it.
