When you work on a long list of cases, you can't see all the keyboard shortcuts hints as the buttons for actions (Edit, Assign ...etc) are at the bottom of the list and you would need to scroll to see them (and you can't really scroll with the keyboard when in that mode)
It would be great if those buttons could be at the bottom and at the top. I also like the approach in gmail where you press ? and get a popup.
Once you've learned the shortcuts, it is less of a problem but for first time users that are still trying to memorize the shortcuts it would be nice to have
