The last 2 resolved and then closed cases are not showing up in my Estimation History page.

They both have estimates and were "run" using Working On.

When they were resolved the elasped time was updated so it should have all the data required to be included. One was a bug and the other a feature request.

Does this data only get processed in batches with the On Demand site, or have I missed putting data into one of the fields?

update

I have check my personal 8.0 beta case history and there have been 14 cases with estimates that have been resolved and then closed. I checked on our company install of 7.3 and it splits cases into Best Estimates and Worst Estimates, not just Estimate History as I am seeing in On Demand 8.0.

Has 8.0 changed how the Estimate History is reported?

Can you tell me what the resolution status is on the cases? Were they Resolved (Fixed) or Resolved (Implemented)? There are some resolution statuses that EBS does not count towards estimate history (e.g. Resolved (Won't Fix)).

You are probably seeing different results between your On Demand account and your other install because the Estimate History page does not start splitting estimates up into Best and Worst until it has 16 estimates - until then, all estimates are shown in the same section.

The bug's resolution status was Resolved (Fixed) before being closed, with an estimate of 2.5 hours and elapsed of 1 hour. The feature request's resolution status was Resolved (Implemented) before being closed, with an estimate of 30 mins and elapsed of 29 mins. – JonT Aug 18 2010 at 13:25
Can you try to reproduce this by making a test case, estimating int, setting elapsed time, resolving it, closing it, and having another look at estimate history? I can't seem to reproduce this bug. You can always delete this new case from your estimate history. – Brett Kiefer Aug 18 2010 at 18:40
It all seems to be working correctly, the "missing" cases are also showing. Looks like it was more than likely a case of User Error on my part. I think I may have caused you to look for a phantom bug, which are the bane of my life at work, so I can only apologise for any time you may have wasted. Do you want me to delete the question? – JonT Aug 18 2010 at 21:52
No problem at all, and of course we'd rather have you report anything that looks like it might be a bug. I don't think we need to delete the question, someone might find some part of it useful. Thanks! – Brett Kiefer Aug 19 2010 at 11:35
I have also recently experienced this. – radztech Nov 15 2010 at 1:56
