How do I change the default number of cases displaying on a page (without listing all cases)?

You can change how many cases are displayed per page in the Filter Customization ('Filters > Customize' for a new filter or 'Filters > Managed Saved Filters' for an existing one). The setting you're looking for is Show:. We've limited this to 200 cases per page, regardless of how you change this setting, though. As you increase this number substantially beyond 200, performance will start to degrade quickly and you may start getting timeout errors. This question covers this issue. If you're seriously gung-ho about 400 cases per page, there are instructions in the above question for changing the source code to allow more cases per page. |
