Question

When I create a new case, save my site configuration and perform certain other actions, I get redirected to an invalid URL. My URL includes a port number:

http://example.com:9876/fogbugz/

and I get redirected to the right URL, but minus the port number:

http://example.com/fogbugz/

Certain actions in FogBugz result in a redirect. You will need to tell FogBugz what redirect base to use. See this post for instructions.
