Perhaps this will come with the documentation, but the error message shown when viewing a report on "Number of Cases Behind Schedule" doesn't indicate why there is no report other than that the filter doesn't match any cases (which is technically wrong, since the filter does but the additional restrictions imposed by the report does not).

It would be great if the message could indicate what part is the problem. In this case, it's because none of the cases have a due-date, but some indication of what it means to be "Behind Schedule" would be great because without it, I have no idea what that phrase actually means. (especially since EBS doesn't care about case due-dates)

Yep, we noticed the same problem so a partial fix should be in the next beta release. (The part where FogBugz is indeed "technically wrong" will be fixed)

I'm also going to take your suggestions and come up with a better way for the reporting extension to tell you exactly what's going on. That may show up in the next release, and if not, the one after that.

As always, we definitely appreciate your testing!
