I want to be able to enter a time estimate for a bunch of cases at once that all have the same amount of time. Is there a way to do this similar to other fields? Is there any way to quickly enter time estimates without opening/editing each individual case? |

I don't know how to add estimates to more than one case at a time, but you can add estimates without opening the cases. If you have the "Estimate (current)" column showing in the Case List view, you can click on the column (in the row of the case you wish to estimate) and enter the estimate right there thanks to some AJAX magic. |
