How can I get FogBugz to run under a certain windows account?

FogBugz is a web application that runs within IIS under its own Windows user account. When you run FogBugz Setup, you are prompted to either let Setup create a new account dedicated to this purpose, or use an existing account. By default, the account that Setup will create is named FogBugz, so we'll call this "the FogBugz account" even if you happen to give it another name.
Setup grants the FogBugz account the permissions it needs to accomplish its tasks. For example, Setup gives FogBugz permission to read and write the appropriate files in the file system and to read and write the registry entries which FogBugz uses to save its configuration settings. A bug in IIS version 5.1 or 6.0 (on Windows XP or Windows Server 2003) can incorrectly cause FogBugz to switch to the IWAM_machinename account after a period of time. This bug manifests itself through problems uploading files or changing site settings. To work around this problem, follow the instructions in this knowledge base article to insure that FogBugz is always running under the FogBugz account.
