Why is my status dropdown disabled (stuck on Active). I want to change it to Open or something like that. Seems all I can do is resolve the case. Thanks!

If you want to have other Active statuses, you'll need to define them with the Workflow plugin (which comes with FogBugz). The default statuses for Bugs are Active, Resolved (Fixed), Resolved (Not Reproducible), Resolved (Duplicate), Resolved (Won't Fix), and Resolved (Works as Designed). |
