I want to find out if work is running smoothly to assigned members. How can I determine that?

	you can look at the "elapsed" time on the case to see how many hours have been logged against that case – adambox♦ Jul 27 2010 at 17:39

The burn-down chart might do what you are looking for. If that isn't it, there is also a chart that shows how the estimated timeline has moved over time (See the help docs for more info on the reports)
