Can I create a custom field to define several cases to one case? If so, how?

Hmmmm ... What do you mean with "to define several cases to one case"? Can you be more precise?

You can relate cases simply by typing "case 1234" in the body of another case. A two-way link will be formed between them, listing the other case in the "see also" section on the left-hand side. You can also use subcases if you prefer, making a number of cases subcases of another to group them together.

there is no way to actually combine the events of one case with another.
