I would like to know where non-users can enter their ticket numbers on Fog Bugz?

They can go to you main FogBugz URL and then select the "Check the status of a case" link; this will take them to a page where they can enter their ticket. Alternatively, you can give them a URL with the ticket already baked in.

Users can enter new cases via emails sent to a mailbox that Fogbugz checks, or by setting a project to "public".

	That's the main page of your FogBugz installation, or your FogBugz On Demand account. This is the page you log on at to enter or edit bugs. – James McLeod♦ Jul 20 2010 at 23:43
