I am, by far, the most zealous user of FogBugz at my company, but I find that I often regret including our FogBugz email account in email conversations (e.g. as a CC recipient) with other less sophisticated FogBugz users

Repro

Forward an email into FogBugz from Outlook that has a long string of quoted messages.

Expect

FogBugz hides all of the quoted messages

Bug

FogBugz does not hide them and instead shows the entire history. It seems only to support one email quote 'element':

This is particularly problematic when an email thread continues for a number of replies, and every message sent includes the entire history, resulting in a very long case in FogBugz.

This is also a problem with the new HTML/'Plain Text' features; when I reply to an email in the HTML format, the quote element '-----Original Message-----' doesn't produce the '- show quoted text -' link in the email event! – Kenny Evitt Feb 28 2011 at 15:46
