Slap my hand if this has already been asked (but I couldn't find it)...

I really liked the books "Painless Project Management with FogBugz" that Mike Gunderloy put out. Are there plans for an updated third version? Lots of new material with Version 7 and Kiln integration!

EDIT: This follow up question is directed to FogCreek - Does FogCreek have any plans to put out an updated version of this book?

I actually contacted Mike via email and he mentioned that he had no plans to update the book and that FogCreek owned the rights to the book.
