I would like to exclude cases with a certain title (Web Exceptions) from a filter I review every month. I use this to track all my incoming cases and all cases that have been resolved in a months time. Often times "Web Exceptions" are submitted multiple times, because the user attempts to run the process after receiving the error several times. I want to exclude these cases and simply show "meaningful" cases.

You should be able to use the search string -title:"Web Exceptions" in your filter to exclude these titles, but I think a better way of doing this is to resolve the duplicate cases as duplicates and then filter for the "Resolved (Fixed)" status. |
