When my customers looks to his public case list, they see only Open or closed for the Status. Is there a way to provide them more detaild information about the status (especialy "resolved")?

Your customers would have to be Fogbugz users to see more information. Within in FogBugz you create permissions based on groups which will allow you to give them access only to their projects.

If I create a FogBugz user my customer has in any way to much rights (e.g. then he can see also cases for which he is not the corespondent). The only thing I need is, that the bug is resolved and he verify the bugfix – Andreas Jul 14 2010 at 7:43
When cases are emailed into FogBugz, the case has a "ticketurl" which provides access to just the case's status and any email activity in it. It also lets the correspondent view the status of any other cases sent from the same email address (you can also prevent this access). To show someone ALL cases in a project. You can use the Community Case List plugin. The plugin provides access to the same type of status information as the ticketurl, but for all cases within a project, subject to the permissions you set in the project's Group. – John B Walsh Jul 14 2010 at 13:08
