Initially when we added a new user to FogBugz, their email LDAP field was blank so fogbugz didn't pull it over.

I think, because it is now blank in FogBugz, FogBugz is unable to authenticate the user.

We have since corrected LDAP to include the user's email address but how do we get fogbugz to reload this user's information so that it can now authenticate the user?

If you have LDAP authentication turned on, users should be authenticating with their username. Once the user logs in, FogBugz should automatically update the user's email address property.

You are correct. We had the user just "try it again" and this time he got in without error. Thanks. – Shane Loret Jun 9 2010 at 21:56
