This happened when I try to submit a bug... what's wrong?

Details: This happens when you try to submit or edit a case and the Windows user account that FogBugz is using to access the web server does not have full permissions on the C:\Program Files\FogBugz folder. If you only get this error when trying to attach a file to a case, the FogBugz user account does not have full permissions on the folder used for file attachments. That folder is by default C:\Program Files\FogBugz\FileUploads. Solution: Click here to read about how to set these permissions. |
