The starred property of a case is a column one can display in the web UI. Can I see (and change) if a case is starred via the XML API?

There is one possibility ... you can search for starred cases using starredby:me axis.

http://[fogbugz url]/api.asp?token=[your token]&cmd=search&q=starredby:me

This functionality is not currently available. We have a case open to consider this feature for a future release. Please up-vote this question to show your support for adding this feature.
