Question

We have an email distribution list on Outlook that is used to raise issues. I want to add a FogBugz box to make sure that all issues are dealt with and closed correctly. If one person emails a new issue will FogBugz reply to the whole distribution list with the Case ID, or just to the sender? (It should be to everyone so their responses are connected to the case.)

If the email comes From: myhugelist@mycompany.com, I think FogBugz should auto-respond to that address, and hence the whole list.

If an issues is emailed From: someone@mycompany.com to myhugelist@mycompany.com which in turn forwards to fogbugz@mycompany.com, then FogBugz will only reply to someone@, not the whole list.
