We have a group implementing the Fogbugz plug-in for Spiratest. Whenever they turn on data synchronization to retrive Fogbugz data it uses up all the memory on our Fogbugz web server and brings Fogbugz to a halt. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

This is Adam from Inflectra customer support. We have just been made aware of the issue by Randy and are working to help them resolve their issue. The SpiraTest (a test management system) integration works by accessing the FogBugz web-based API to add cases and retrieve new cases. |
