We have two instances of FogBugz 7. One was copied in from an On Demand site; the other was upgraded from FogBugz 4. When logging in, the former On Demand site has a "Forgot password" link; the FogBugz 4-upgraded site does not. I haven't yet found documentation that suggests this can be turned on and off. Any ideas where I should look? Thanks! |

Found it. It is because the site has been set not to send e-mail (which is because upgraded-from-FogBugz-4 site isn't fully operational yet). Makes sense, since the password auto-reset entails sending the forgetful user a reset link via e-mail. Thanks anyhow! |
