How do I get a copy of my FogBugz On Demand database?

It's pretty easy -- just login to your account as an admin and go to Admin -> Your On Demand Account. You should see an option entitled "Download Your Database." You can choose MSSQL or MySQL format. Users won't be able to access the site while the download is in progress. When you are done, make sure to click the link to "return to FogBugz" to re-enable the site for your users. As of FogBugz 7.3.1H, you can download your database even after your account is closed. |
