I see the delete button next to my project, but I want to know more about it before I do anything.

Deleting a project removes it as a choice from the Project dropdown in the case editing area. This means that you can no longer put cases in that project. Cases that are already in the project do not get deleted. They are still findable via search and filters for project and site admins only. (For instance, if you have an open case in the project assigned to you, it will still show up in My Cases.) Cases can always be accessed directly by searching for the case number. It will also disappear from being selectable in filters. If you want to undelete a project, you can simply go to Admin > Projects and click Display Deleted Projects. |
