I can see the Send Email link, but some of our users cannot see it. Can you tell me what's going on?

FogBugz will only let you send an email if you'll be able to see the response to that email. The users likely do not have access to the project into which incoming mail is sorted. Giving the user permission to the Inbox project usually works here. |
