I'm trying to download a copy of our FogBugz database from on demand. On the "Download MySQL / SQL Server Database" page (I've tried both), I hit "Begin Copy" and it runs to completion without problems and displays the "Download" button.
The download runs for a bit and apparently completes, but regardless of the database format chosen the .sql / .mdf files are 52,431,826 bytes in size, and both contain the following server error at the end of the file. I've tried this several times, using both versions of the database file, and the always end up this size, with the server error.
I'm supposed to be migrating our FogBugz from On Demand to an internally hosted instance this weekend - how can I go about getting our data?
This is the last part of the .sql version:

<b> Description: </b>An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
<br><br>
<b>Details:</b> To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".<br><br>

<b>Notes:</b> The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.<br><br>
