I realize the screenshot tool is no longer under development but I wanted to mention this anyway. This may be totally due to Windows (XP) but any window designated as "Always on Top", such as the helpful CaseTracker app when it is visible, will "steal" the focus when taking a screenshot. This causes all "Current Window" results to be of the pinned window instead of where the user was focused.

This is a limitation of the screenshot tool. If you need a more powerful tool, we recommend Techsmith's SnagIt, which has FogBugz integration. |
