Question

When I modify the visible columns in grid view I would like the columns that I select to remain until I choose to change them. However, the next time I go back to the view listing my cases the original columns are back and the ones I selected are no longer visible.

Is this by deisgn? How can I save the selected columns so that I do not have to keep re-selecting them?

Are you using the built-in "My Cases" filter? If so, it can't be modified and saved. If you're using a filter you created, just save the filter. Whenever you load it, it will have the columns you defined showing.
