XML API currently returns information like this for status:

<status>
<ixStatus>30</ixStatus>
<sStatus>Active (My Custom Active Status)</sStatus>
<ixCategory>1</ixCategory>
<fWorkDone>false</fWorkDone>
<fResolved>false</fResolved>
<fDuplicate>false</fDuplicate>
<fDeleted>false</fDeleted>
<iOrder>1</iOrder>
</status>

Would it be possible to include also fDefault, telling whether this status is default for its category?

Answer is in the category element, ixStatusDefaultActive, similar to ixStatusDefault (resolved).

<ixCategory>1</ixCategory>
<sCategory>Bug</sCategory>
<sPlural>Bugs</sPlural>
<ixStatusDefault>2</ixStatusDefault>
<fIsScheduleItem>false</fIsScheduleItem>
<fDeleted>false</fDeleted>
<iOrder>0</iOrder>
<nIconType>1</nIconType>
<ixAttachmentIcon>0</ixAttachmentIcon>
<ixStatusDefaultActive>30</ixStatusDefaultActive>
